V. Why Southbay

So here is why we chose this location.

There is a gym, a huge heated outdoor pool, 4 miles of walking trails that snake around the development, a waterfront park (that snuggles up to the intra-coastal waterway), a beautiful clubhouse and marina, and a very active social calendar... although the Luz's are known to be a bit reclusive. But... I suspect I might interest the Mr. in some old guys' card games. :D
